Our focus is on you achieving your goals—whether that is training for a marathon, improving your golf game, or rehabbing after an injury.
Each client receives a personal fitness assessment and customized exercise plan—my goal is for you to succeed in living a healthy, active lifestyle.
She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in many fitness disciplines including personal training, group fitness, Yoga, and exercise management of chronic diseases and disabilities. She is also a certified Pilates and Barre instructor.
