- Workouts will always be fun and challenging—never boring. Exercises will be modified for fitness levels.
- The Inferno is a progressive 3-phase program. Each new phase builds on the training of the previous phase, sparking the fat-burning inferno within.
- The Inferno uses HIIT— high intensity interval training —or spurts of cardio combined with weight lifting exercises. To crank up the intensity, we’ll modulate rest periods, while continuously adding multiple muscle groups into the workout, creating a metabolic inferno.
- Inferno includes a customize meal plan for the rapid fat loss; before and after photos, and before and after body-fat measurements.
