This recipe couldn’t be easier or more delicious! Just a few steps to get it in the crock pot and you’ll have dinner ready when you come home — plus leftovers for tacos and soup!
- 1 3 to 5 pound beef roast (chuck or any inexpensive cut) pork can also be used
- 1 16 oz jar pepperoncini peppers with liquid
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)
- salt and pepper
Place roast in slow cooker, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Pour in pepperoncini peppers and liquid.
Set to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
