In-Home Personal Training & Customized Online Fitness Plans
I offer personal training in your home and online customized fitness plans, which allow you to workout at a fitness facility of your choice.
Personal training clients each receive a free 15-minute phone consultation to evaluate the their fitness goals and discuss training methods to accomplish those goals.
The client’s first appointment is a 60-minute orientation session at their home or at my home gym. The orientation includes a Functional Movement Systems evaluation and a fitness test that includes testing strength and stamina—these evaluations allow us to create a personalized fitness plan just for you.
Body measurements, body fat, weight, and photos are recorded to create a benchmark and track the client’s progress from month to month.
After this initial appointment, personal training sessions are 60 minutes and follow a workout routine that has been designed specifically for you, based on your fitness test results and goals.
