The pattern is familiar; it doesn’t happen overnight but accumulates over time and tends to hit us as a big shock in the clothes store, the mirror, looking at old photographs or when we just can’t physically do something we once found easy.

At the beginning of your online personal training journey I conduct a full scale audit of dietary habits. I ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the preceding week.
Body measurements, weight, and photos are recorded to create a benchmark and track the client’s progress from month to month (possibly even week to week).
Unlike a lot of fad diets that take away entire food groups or drinking shakes to severely limit calories, your plan will be made to fit your lifestyle — not just for now, but for the long term. This means that once you are in the shape of your life, you can then maintain that shape year round.
I am also very careful to integrate your nutritional plan within your existing lifestyle. My view is that the word “diet” is a misnomer, and our main concern is putting you on the right track to create a lifestyle of healthy eating habits.
Once this plan is in place we will then monitor your progression via daily emails and constant feedback from you, making small changes to the plan along the way as and when needed. This daily monitoring of your nutritional habits and progression is how we ensure the best results.
Exercise programs Tailored to the individual
Online personal training includes a full array of workout programs, from resistance training, body-weight training, 12-week fat loss program to cardio and active rest sessions. You will complete a detailed assessment and appraisal form where I learn of your previous exercise experience and medical history.
I learn what motivates you and why you choose to start this journey and your specific goals. I will construct a fully personalized 6- to 12-week training program that takes into account any pre-existing or potential structural/muscular imbalances, addressing weaknesses head on and eliminating them with the application of modern sport science program design. This is all delivered to you by an easy to use app on your IPhone or Android.
You will receive meal plan and workouts complete with videos of each exercise to ensure you are doing everything correctly. Every workout is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions (that in some cases we will deliberately vary from workout to workout), and rest intervals. This way we can eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.

In Home Personal Training
I offer personal training services in the comfort of your home or at my home gym. In-home training sessions use the same online training program, but I meet you at your home for a 60 minute fitness evaluation. Using Functional Movement Systems, I evaluate how your body moves as well as test your strength, balance, and stamina. From this information I will design a program unique to your specific needs.

After your initial appointment, you and I will determine how often you train one-on-one with me and how long each session will be. Individuals have different needs, budgets, and schedules, and require different support systems. I am here to support you to be your best, healthy, fit self.
