There are no “blueprint” meal plans at Body by Beth—your meal plan is created for you based on your fitness goals—from losing weight or gaining muscle mass, endurance training, or just eating for better health. We’ve created meal plans for people with auto-immune diseases to improve their overall health and for those who have food allergies.
Along with your fitness goals, your plan is based on your weight and your goal weight, age, occupation, muscle mass versus body fat, and activity levels.
We also help you with organizing shopping lists and meal preparation—right down to creating a meal plan that includes your family—to eliminate the need for preparing and cooking two separate meals.
