Week 1: How to prepare for your REAL FOOD sugar detox; what exercises help to detox your body; 45 minutes of yoga.
Week 2: Your digestive check-in; why exercise helps digestion; 45 minute body-weight exercises.
Week 3: What sugar really does in your body; how exercise effects blood glucose; 45 minute weight-training session.
Week 4: The truth about FATS; what factors affect body fat during exercise; 45 minute HIIT routine.
Week 5: How to move forward and celebrate your success; 60 minute workout incorporating all you’ve learned!
